Shipping & returns

Mine Power Cap is built to get portable power to you with as little fuss as possible. This page explains how we think about shipping and returns as the catalogue comes online.

Shipping

Our aim is careful, tracked delivery with packaging suited to batteries and electronics. Power packs are sensitive items, so protective packaging and clear handling are part of the plan from the start.

What to expect

• Tracked delivery with clear status updates.
• Protective packaging designed for battery packs.
• Straightforward, no-nonsense steps.
• Attention to safe transport rules for portable power.

Returns

We plan for a fair returns process on items that arrive in their original, unused condition. Because portable power packs are sealed electronics, there will be sensible handling steps, all explained plainly when ordering opens.
